Not necessarily. Access to the vehicle, required keys and permission for the agreed checks or test drive matter. Buyer and seller may both attend if they wish.

No. On mobile visits we inspect accessible areas with OBD, measuring equipment and tools. Choose the workshop check for the benefit of a lift.

Only when permitted, practical and acceptable with regard to registration and road safety. Otherwise we document the limitation.

No. Hidden, intermittent or non-visible defects may remain without dismantling. The report clearly states the scope and visible limits.

No. You can choose cash on site or online payment where available for your service. If an online balance remains unpaid, we email a payment link after confirming your appointment. Payment takes place on Stripe’s checkout page. Before booking, you see your complete order and explicitly confirm it.

Once released, the current report is available through your protected order link. The same link shows the appointment, status and estimated arrival where applicable. The report structure is available in the supported languages; free-text inspection notes are kept in the language in which they were recorded and are not translated automatically.

Available times depend on the package, capacity, location and existing bookings. For a mobile car check, choose your preferred time and enter the vehicle's location. We agree the appointment and any travel charge with you personally during the callback.
